Hello, and thank you for visiting Amore Dolci .
My name is Chef Cleo. I am a graduate of The International Culinary Art Institute. As the proud owner for the past 8 years, I am very passionate and dedicated to creating the best pastries and cakes from the highest quality ingredients at an affordable price to make any occasion a special one to remember. I specialize in weddings, birthdays, baby showers, you name it. If it needs a dessert I'm there. I specialize in novelty cakes. Not only do my desserts look pretty amazing, but they taste amazing as well.

I'm sure you are questioning the name of my company... well... "Amore Dolci" means "Sweet Love" in Italian. I personally love Italian cuisine, the culture, the food, and of course the language. So it seemed only fitting to name my company behind this wonderful country.

I started baking in the kitchen with my aunt and my grandmother's house as a child. There was something about the taste of butter and sugar creamed together. As I got older I started baking traditional comfort desserts for family and friends and watching the joy on their faces as they took their first bite. As many people spread the word, I became known as the "Cake Lady" lol. The rest is history.
